Shipping policy

All items are shipped with a tracking number within 2 business days of the order being placed, with the exception of customized items.  Shipping times are based on carrier, shipping options, and final destination. USPS may experience hiccups at times and we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays by the carrier although we will do our best to assist in filing claims and help requests for missing packages.
